Microsoft Student Partner KickOff

Okay now I need to admit that I haven’t been fast enough to tell you all about this Microsoft Student Partner kick off meeting here in Finland and partly in Sweden (althought due to accidents, your schedules did not mach with original ones). We Finnish Student Partners had a great kick off meeting in last month (22nd till 24th October) where we met each other that could arrive (feeling a bit sorry for those Student Partners how were not present there).  Oh yeah the kick off meeting was held on a cruise (Helsinki – Stockholm – Helsinki). Okay I need to mention that the ride was a little bumpy (strong wind), but overall everything went very well.

At the cruise we received training in .NET stuff in the first day and in second day we got ourselves into "Trainer training" that gave us a point of view how to train others and how to make our points more easily to be understood. Also in second day we went to Stockholm and ate a great dinner, sadly we missed Swedish Student Partners since our boat was three hours late of planned schedule (other boat had an accidence and our boat assisted). But this did not mess things up too bad since we did not know much about each other so that time we spend talking to each other. That gaved me a good view how much there actually are specialists from very different programs involved in Student Partner program.
